Here’s what we’re eating this week:

Tuesday: Steak with this marinade / Blue Cheese Stuffed Potatoes / Green salad

Wednesday: Leftovers or Sandwiches

Thursday (Christmas Eve!): Cranberry Pork Roast / Coconut Rice / Salad / Parmesean Encrusted Zucchini (Though we’ll use yellow squash instead, because that is what I have.)

Friday (Christmas morning!!): Sausage and Rice Breakfast Casserole / Green Chile Egg Casserole  for breakfast and then we’ll be at my sister in law’s for dinner (YUM!!)

Saturday: Leftovers
