Coconut Rice

This is seriously the best rice EVER! I served it with flank steak and a green salad for my family while they were here for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I will definitely be making this again.
2 c. rice (I always use brown Basmati rice, just because I like it. You can use any kind though: white, brown, Jasmine, etc.)
1 can coconut milk
2 1/3  c. water
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 Tbsp white vinegar
3 tsp. white sugar
Black pepper to taste
Combine rice, coconut milk, water, salt, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil  Turn heat to low and according to package directions, or until most of the liquid is absorbed.  Allow to stand 5 minutes.
