Honey Baked Chicken

I haven’t tried this yet, but it’s a family recipe from my friend Shannon (who is a great cook)–so it must be fabulous. And SO easy!! Maybe we’ll have it tonight…

Honey Baked Chicken

3 pounds chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
2/3 cup butter melted
2/3 cup honey
4 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, basting once or twice, until caramelized nicely. Serve with brown basmati rice and vegetables.
