I love cream cheese frosting. Then, add fruit and it’s bliss. Any kind of fruit works, but we needed pink frosting so we opted for cherry. You can also add some cinnamon if you would like.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2-2 cups powdered sugar (depending upon how sweet you want it to be)
1/4 tsp vanilla
3-4 cherries, pitted (we used frozen)
In a blender or food processor, mix together cherries and cream cheese until the cherries are pureed. Next add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended.
