Dairy Free Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup Bran Buds All Bran cereal
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into bite sized balls. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Makes about 30 one inch balls.
