Breakfast ‘Bread’

This is easily a new breakfast favorite around here. Thanks to a friend for passing it on to me! Super fast to make.

 

  1. In a large bowl, with a hand blender, mix almond butter, eggs, vanilla and honey until creamy.
  2. Add salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are combined
  4. Transfer batter into a well greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes.

Serves 4
